MindFlow ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you when you use the MindFlow mobile application and related services (the "Service").
By using MindFlow, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection
We collect information you provide and information generated through your use of the Service.
Account and profile information
- Email address and authentication identifiers
- Display name and profile photo URL (if provided by your sign-in provider)
- Language, timezone, and daily practice goal preferences
Practice and progress data
- Meditation session history (duration, completion time, and related session details)
- Practice goals, goal progress, and archived goal history
- Streaks, lifetime practice totals, and related statistics
- Practice preferences associated with your account
Technical information
- App version and platform information
- Diagnostic and crash data (if enabled)
- Basic usage events related to app stability and performance
We do not sell your personal information.
How Information Is Used
We use the information we collect to:
- Create, authenticate, and manage your account
- Store and sync your meditation history, goals, and progress across devices
- Display streaks, statistics, and practice insights within the app
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
- Maintain, secure, and improve the Service
- Comply with legal obligations
Data Storage
Your account data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes or enforcing our agreements).
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we work to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Third-Party Services
MindFlow uses third-party services to operate core app functionality. These providers process data on our behalf according to their own privacy policies and applicable agreements.
- Firebase Authentication (Google) — account sign-in and identity management
- Cloud Firestore (Google) — secure cloud storage for profile and practice data
- Firebase Analytics (Google) — optional product analytics, if enabled
- Firebase Crashlytics (Google) — crash and error reporting, if enabled

We may add or change service providers over time. When we do, we will update this Privacy Policy as appropriate.
Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, including countries where our service providers operate.
User Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
- Object to or restrict certain processing
MindFlow is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the app or other reasonable means.
